Currently, unfortunately we do not have the automation to allow you to cancel or return the order using our website. Please email us at arystaasales@gmail.com for any concerns related to your orders and do mention the order number in the subject line for faster response. We do reply to all emails within 24 hours and usually within just a couple of hours.

Cancellations are allowed in all scenarios with a full refund for pre-paid orders only if your order is not shipped. You will be notified via SMS/Email or both as soon as your order is shipped so you will know if you can still send an email for order cancellation or not.

If your order is shipped, you are eligible for a return upto 6 days from the order delivery date on all items (unless a different return policy is mentioned on the product page). Always check the product refund policy before placing your orders.

We issue a 100% refund of the order/item amount if a wrong or damaged item is sent to you which has never happened with our orders.

Note: We have reverse pick up facility in most areas however, in rare occasion when we are unable to provide you the reverse pick up due to no servicable area, we will request you to ship the return order to us or refund you partially/fully. This decision will solely be taken by Arystaa and needs to be communicated via email. You will not be refunded the shipping fee if Arystaa provides you the return shipping.

Important: We individually do quality check of orders before shipping and although this will be a rare scenario but in case an item is damaged and another piece is not available, we contact you to inform that we need to cancel the full order or partial order. Upon confirmation from you, we process the complete order/item refund (for prepaid orders) with 24-48 hours. We make videos while packing your orders to ensure that customers do not damage and return the items after using them. Please do not intentionally damage an item to return it as a damaged commodity. For this, we recommend you to always record an uncut, uneditted video of unboxing your order and send it to us (arystaasales@gmail.com) if any damage is found. No wrong/damage item returns are accepted without the unboxing video as mentioned above.
